Project coordination and management

This project's management ensures that all contractual, financial, and technical goals of CEREBRIS are met during and after the project's duration.

It focuses on keeping activities on schedule and within budget, while maintaining quality, managing risks, fostering innovation, and resolving conflicts. It also includes managing intellectual property and exploring commercial and regulatory opportunities. UBAH, as the project coordinator, handles all reporting and financial duties required by the European Commission and leads the project proactively.
